"Alam mo ba'yung 3 month rule, ha?! Lahat ng nagmahal at nasaktan alam 'yun! Kailangan mo muna maghintay ng 3 months bago ka magka-boyfriend ulit! Ba't ba kating-kati kang palitan ako?! May dalawang linggo pa'ko bash!" - Popoy
I believe anyone that was captured by the movie "One More Chance" undeniably recognize the place. It's the gang's "tambayan" in the movie. YES, this famous place do exist, it's named Bellini located in the busy street of Cubao, owned by an Italian guy Roberto Bellini who met his wife Luisa while covering the EDSA Revolution. After years of living in Italy, the couple along with their kids went back to the Philippines to put up this restaurant.
Mr. Bellini greeted customers personally with free Grissini breadsticks on the table. It has bunch of delicious Italian dishes that you will surely love. A waiter will usually offer you the Focaccia bread to dip with black vinegar, olive oil and parmesan cheese.
The thing that make it special? ..Everything is all intimately made by the chef, even the pasta noodles. I'm not a fan of Italian cuisine but I must say that so far this is the most authentic Italian food I have had.
The main four things I love about this place aside from the food.
First, the complimentary wine personally made by Mr. Bellini that taste like sweet grape or strawberry juice with a touch of alcohol. Best wine I've tasted!
Second, I love that each table has a bell to call the waiter. I just so love it I wanted to bring home the bell.

Third, Italian speaking Filipino waiters. TWO THUMBS UP! I was surprised!
Lastly, the owner doing a little chitchat with the guest. It creates a different touch.
Bellini feels, smells, and tastes like Italy.
